SVP Fast Pitch gives nonprofits $220,000 of in-kind support and chance to pitch at Golden 1 Center SACRAMENTO, CA — November 28, 2017 — Social Venture Partners of Sacramento (SVP), a network of engaged philanthropists focused on improving Sacramento, announced that CELI INC has been selected as a semi-finalists for SVP Sacramento Fast Pitch, to be hosted at Golden 1 Center in March 2018. Sacramento SVP will provide CELI INC with more than $11,000 of in-kind consulting and support by industry leaders and professionals. In-kind services include peer-to-peer coaching, professional video content, educational services and donor relations support along with a chance to pitch at Golden 1 Center in March 2018.

On March 10, 2018 (7pm). CELI INC is bringing 7 Women 7 Stools to the Fruitridge Auditorium in South Oak Park (Sacramento). This inspirational musical introduces the struggles of seven women, the Housewife, the Grandmother, the Cancer Survivor, the Abused Woman, the Mistress, the Hustler, and the College Student. It cleverly exposes real life challenges and delivers the healing power of theatre and music. The writer/director, Delilah Rashell Williams produced hits like God Is Trying To Tell You Something, Stop The Noise Bring Back the Music, and TD Jakes Mega Hit, Women Thou Art Loosed. ONE DAY ONLY! We promise this evening will be overloaded with powerful life changing moments, uplifting music, and it will help us serve low income youth and adults in Sacramento. We accomplish this by providing personal and career mentoring, GED preparation, and logistical supports that help launch individuals into a career and/or post-secondary education.
